 I'm using the Debian packages for 0.27. The site was immediately usable
 upon installing mythweb, but I was unable to access the asx stream and the
 video downloads - each would give me a 404.

 I tracked this down to the fact that Debian seems to ship with the cgi
 module disabled by default. Things started working after a "sudo a2enmod
 cgi". Mind noting this in the INSTALL file?
