[mythtv] Time problem

Hi,

I just did a fresh install from cvs@16:30 UTC.  I also created a fresh new 
database and loaded it with mc.sql and 0-7 to 0-8.sql.  There doesn't seem to 
be a 0-8 database template?  there is a cvs one but it looks pretty old from 
the date.  Anyway my program times are all advanced by 1 hour for some 
reason.  I've checked the XML source and the times appear right there and my 
system time is ok.  Any ideas on how to fix this?
