[mythtv] Sound problems.

System:

Athlon mp-1600 (2x)
512mb ram
40gb ata-100 drive
hauppauge wintvgo
sb live!
Mandrake 9.0

Problem:
No sound when using mythtv.

Notes:
I get sound when "line in" is not muted.  But, it is
out of sync with the video.  Reading messages yields
the need for it to be muted, with record enabled.  I
have done that.

Now I get no sound.  If I try to enable the full
duplex option in the mandrake control center, mythtv
hangs at:

Changing from None to WatchingLiveTV

With the tv never opening.

Any help would be appreciated!
