[mythtv] setup issue

thanks matt, i did miss that step as I am running RH8.0
if i ever need to rebuild my myth box, pretty sure it is going to be 
debian, too many cludges with RH8.0 for whatever reason.
maybe they will clean it up in the next release.

i had already done the ldconfig stuff, so hopefully this does it.
running the compile right now.

Install your distribution's X11 development packages.
