[mythtv] QMake Error on Compile

I'm using Mandrake 9...

I couldn't get XMLTV to compile with perl-devel (something about a
missing file somewhere...I'll look for it, and get you, oor whomever it
might help, more info) and the XFree86 libs to compile MythTV...once
again, I'll get the extra info for ya...

What distribution are you using?  If it's not Mandrake 9.0, please
get with the distribution documentation maintainer and let them know
what you had to do.  Since I don't run any other distro I'm not sure
what would be in a standard install.

What wouldn't compile without the perl-devel and the XFree libs?
