[mythtv] WinTV GO and btaudio... no sound

Also try messing with the sampling rate. My card (Avermedia WinTV Studio)
didn't like anything but 32k. Otherwise, there'd be a hum or a hiss.

I was have some sound noise issues. I got the btaudio working but I was
still having the issue. My recordings have a background hum I cant seem
to get rid of. Im going to try a diff tuner card soon. I cant
rememeber what I did but I will check tonight when I get home and send
what I can.
