[mythtv] Initial install...

You XWindows session is not loading xv, which is needed by Myth.  You can
run `xvinfo` to see if it's running.

No XV supportcan be a number of things:

a) a video card that doesn't support xv,
b) drivers that don't support xv,
c) using an incorrect video driver
d) a misconfigured XF86Config-4 file.
e) a REALLY old version of XFree86

The best bet is to check the archives for related xv problems.
