All stuff you are talking about is mainly in cvs, not in 0.7. Probably best 
to wait for 0.8 if you don't want to get involved in debugging.

Non-US support is a bit broken at the moment, when cvs client-server is 
stable enough to record and play on my machines I'll fix any European 
support needed for mythtv and mythfilldatabase again if nobody else did.
