[mythtv] 1 out of 10 shows do not play

I have been run run Myth box for a few weeks and 1 out of every 10 show 
do not seems to play.  In Version .7 is just hangs forever, and in the 
CVS it hangs for 5 to 10 seconds.

What it looks like it is doing to trying to play a file with no data in 
it.   The file it created was only 6733 bytes, and I do see a still thumb 
nail of the show.

I will do more testing of why some of the show are not being recorded. 

Also, I have tried both mjpeg and mpeg4 codes, seems to do it with both.
