This is a 20gb Seagate Barraudda IV - 7200rpm

/dev/hda:
 Timing buffer-cache reads: 128 MB in 0.69 seconds =185.51 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads: 64 MB in 1.70 seconds = 37.65 MB/sec
[root@marcus root]# hdparm -tT /dev/hdb

This is a 40gb Western Digital - 7200rpm

/dev/hdb:
 Timing buffer-cache reads: 128 MB in 0.68 seconds =188.24 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads: 64 MB in 1.41 seconds = 45.39 MB/sec
