[mythtv] New UI Configuration

The code I just committed to cvs will break the 'Watch Recordings' 
and 'Delete Recordings' screens if the theme you are using doesn't have a 
ui.xml. I committed this file for the Blue and Liquid theme, but there are 
others. 

I've put up a page with a temporary ui.xml files until the theme designer can 
roll one out themselves (for other themes, you can use a ui.xml file from a 
theme with similar coloring):
