[mythtv] [Patch] system shutdown and wakeup

So, here is (the first and important part of) the promised patch.

Some things about it:
It allows the backend to shutdown if it is idle.
This only happens, if no client is connected and there is no recording in the 
near future. 
When shutting down, it sets the wakeup time to the next recording by executing 
a defineable program/script which sets the wakeuptime to the computer 
(nvram-wakeup, wol, ...).


I've added a globalsettings.cpp patch, but this has to be reworked!


TODO:
- -	put the configurable stuff into the database (I'm not very familiar with
	SQL) and into the setup programms
- -	shutdown the other backends (scheduler.cpp:1063)
- -	determine in mythfronend/main.cpp if backendhost == frontendhost, so that
	the user cannot shutdown the backendhost by hand. (mythfrontend/main.cpp:348)
