[mythtv] DateTime patch, maybe the final one

I have to go to sleep... erasing some patch code from the diff file, I
erased also some good code...
Now I try to send you a good one diff file. For your easyness or for my
laziness, I have included (or read, not erased) the "missing SQL parenthesis
patch" I send you some days ago, because it applyes to the same progfind.cpp
file.
