[mythtv] MythMusic Suggestion

Attached is a patch to make the currently playing track in mythmusic appear 
vertically centered in the list, instead of one up from the bottom.

- Added member "ensureItemVCentered" to MythListView class (can be used 
anywhere, but not sure how it will behave with multi-level lists).
- Updated mythmusic/playbackbox.cpp to call new function.

If the list item is within half a screen's distance from the top or bottom of 
the list, it will not be centered, but will be visible as before.
