[mythtv] R while browsing

It's only meant to allow you to schedule a recording for a show that you see
while browsing. It's not meant to make it easier to record the program
you're currently watching, you can hit 'm' to go into the EPG then hit 'r'
to do that. Since it's not meant for recording the program you're currently
watching, it doesn't do anything with the ringbuffer. Here's an example.
I'm watching LiveTV at 6:45 and decide to look for something better or to
see what's coming on tonight, I hit 'o' to go into browse mode. Then
I browse around and see that at 8:00pm, The Dukes of Hazard comes on on
channel 13 so I'm like "cool, I've only see that episode 999 times, tonight
will make 1000!!". Then I browse a little further and see that at 8:00pm
on channel 3 is The Beverly Hillbillies. Now I notice that that's the only
episode I don't have archived to DVD yet so now I've got a problem. "Wait!"
I think. There's that 'R' record key. So I hit 'R' and The Beverly
Hillbillies gets sheduled as a SingleRecord. The recording status on the
browse_info OSD changes from "Not Recording" to "Recording Once" and my
problem is solved. :)

The 'R' key actually cycles through the available recording options.
If the currently listed program is not scheduled to record, then hitting
'R' will change it to "Recording Once". It's a circle basically, so
here's the relevant transitions if you hit 'R' repeatedly. You can see
these if you're using the defaultosd. I've also modified my copy of
CornersOSD to show recording status as well when in browse mode.

Initial state      -> New State
------------------    ---------------------
Not Recording      -> Recording Once
Recording Once     -> Timeslot Recording
Timeslot Recording -> Channel Recording
Channel Recording  -> All Recording
All Recording      -> Not Recording

> recording of current program (cycles through types)"). Could you
