[mythtv] no more live tv

Right you are, artsd was running!  Now, my question is why does this
matter to mythtv?  I'm using a PVR 250 so mythtv doesn't need to open
the sound device for input and the ALSA drivers support hardware
mixing so multiple programs should be able to open the sound device
for output.
