[mythtv] [PATCH] VIDEOSYNC0 and VIDEOSYNC1 errors

This patch will bale on a recording with an error message when
VIDEOSYNC0/1 errors are repeated 10 times.  This occurs for me once every
100 times or so.  It fills my var partition within 10 minutes and reaches
100% CPU and maintain that until the recording is done.
