Excellent. Thanks Isaac, that was my problem too, I had just downgraded to 
10 again, but I'll reinstall CVS tonight. I assume most of the developers 
are using the television input as default, and so probably weren't seeing 
this problem. BTW the ioctl message was being caused by having the PAL 
teletext switched on.
