I posted them last night in a related thread...

audio is going straight to toolame, and video is going to
ffmpeg|yuvscaler|mpeg2enc (MUCH slower than toolame)

ffmpeg doesn't encode mpeg2, so I can't just have it handle both audio
and video together.

Yes, the commercials had been cut.   hmm, does this mean that these
files are essentially useless for conversion now that the commercials
have been cut?  Or is this time sync thing (if it gets fixed) something
that can be fixed on files that were cut previously?
