[mythtv] Mythfilldatabase clearing icon names

I haven't tried for a while.

If I remember correctly it seemed to not like it much when I was using
tv_grab_sn called directly from mythfilldatabase, but I've since gone on
to always save to file and then import from file (and a new grabber).

I will give it a shot when I have the time.
