[mythtv] patch for runtime CPU detection (MMX) in linearblend filter

if any of you have a Via C3 CPU want to check this for me and let
me know how you get on

for me, with this patch i can enable deinterlacing and not have it crash with
an illegal instruction

the change is to mythtv/filters/linearblend/filter_linearblend.c to use either
the portable implementation or an MMX enhanced version

the code does it once so that performance is not adversly affected; apart
from the one-time CPU detection itself

patch against current CVS included
