[mythtv] transcoding with cutlist (mpeg status)

Well, the fifos themselves won't grow - at most you'd ever see about
4096 bytes in them.  But nothing will appear until something tries to
read from them.

As for the .tmp file, it looks to me like mythtranscode didn't bother to
produce any actual streaming output, since when I write to the streams,
no tmp file ever appears (that I've noticed).
