[mythtv] Audio level normalization

Well, it turns out that I'm having no ALSA love, but rather occ has been
a better friend.  I'm not sure if you've started playing around with
this, but it might be prudent to continue to code against the OSS driver
interface and use alsa's compatibility mode..
