[mythtv] Preview release 1 of the new theme G.A.N.T.

Hi there.

I tried the theme and it looks nice, in a surrealistic kind of way :)

I am more partial to the Visor theme myself, though.

I think I have something funky going on with regards to recording
priorities because any change in that area leads to MySQL insert errrors
and mythfrontend segfaults. I will see if I can clean that up on my side
so I can actually use it again....
