[mythtv] New keybindings breaks 'F' key during playback

Okay, done (I'd already done this in my own tree but with
return rather than break). I didn't want to muck with stuff
you are still working on =).

Are there going to be jump points for Setup or the individual
modual Settings screens? These are the pages I'd most like to
get to without having to traverse the menus.
