[mythtv] [PATCH] position map using frame numbers, rev 2

Any clue if this is going to be applicable to the mythmkmovie script? 
Currently, the first step that it does is to run transcode to count how 
many frames there are in the MPEG-2 file.  Is this going to remove that 
step?
