[mythtv] visorosd-tv-0.13

I just uploaded new versions of the visorosd,
including a new varriant that has all its elements
spaced away from the edges of the screen.

This version works well on TVs.  As opposed to the old
version which is designed for computer screens and
projectors.  :]
