[mythtv] Lini-In Volume

There is no "Capture" as there was on my i8x0, this is a cmi based
card.  The line-in should be ~100 and muted and set to capture.

It probably didn't come out well nut oh well.  The point is that the vol
on line-in seems to just drop to 0. I think i'll try the latest CVS.
