[mythtv] Suggested backend feature.

I'd like to see you be able to delegate backend tasks to different
backend servers.  Here's an example of what I'm thinking.  I'd like to
build a few mythtv front ends.  Each of these front ends would be
responsible for performing live TV encode/decode, but they would
schedule and playback recordings from one central server.  This way
every TV could watch a different program, but still have access to each
other's recordings.

What do ya'll think?
