[mythtv] MythTV 0.7 and XMLTV v0.5.7 - hack workaround to segfault

I plundered into the browsable CVS and grabbed filldata.cpp V1.20. It seems
to gak on the 'programs that run across midnight' issue, but at least it
fixes the segfault that happens with stock 0.7 and the newest XMLTV.

go into mythtv-0.7/programs/mythfilldatabase and do a
wget
http://cvs.mythtv.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/MC/programs/mythfilldatabase/filldata.cpp?rev=1.20

to get the 1.20 ver of the program. Make and install and you'll be better
off than when you started. Still not perfect tho.

Hopefully a more refined answer will make itself known soon.
