[mythtv] Problem changing channels ..

Getting closer now... while this mapping had been done in setup, the 
channels in the channel table didn't were referencing a non-existant 
source.  I fixed it in the table, and it looks all ok, but still doesn't 
work.

I think I'll scrub the db and start again (again).
