Finally I get my myth box up and running with the latest cvs. It remains a
problem with changing channel, but I'll investigate in the future...

The big problem is with mythbackend. It exits with a segmentation fault,
here the messages:

mybox:/mnt/store# rm ringbuf1.nuv
mybox:/mnt/store# mythbackend
Probed: /dev/video - Television
Probed: /dev/video - Composite1
Probed: /dev/video - Composite2

adding: mybox as a player 0
adding: mybox as a remote ringbuffer
Changing from None to WatchingLiveTV

IOBOUND - blocking in ThreadedFileWriter::Write()
Segmentation fault

There is a lots of space in /mnt/store
mybox:/mnt/store# df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 3937220 1212080 2525136 33% /
/dev/hda5 1968588 321028 1547560 18% /var
/dev/hda6 23647476 56884 22389336 1% /mnt/store

I am using myth*end from root. Mythbackend and mythfrontend are on the same
computer.

I see the ringbuf1.nuv growing from zero to a size from 18 megs to a max of
24 megs before the segmentation fault.

As you can see, I am running an ext3 filesystem...

PS
mythtv is amazing...
