[mythtv] patch for backend crash

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but my video stuff wasn't
set up correctly and it was causing mythbackend to crash on startup.  The
problem was that capchannels wasn't getting set since it couldn't open the
video device and it would crash in SwitchToInput.  Setting the channel
members to sensible defaults in the constructor made things happy again for
me.
