[mythtv] Myth .nuv MPEG4 format portability

I also have this problem with MPlayer 0.90rc4-3.2 and my MPEG4 encoded mythtv files.

Here's an excerpt from the MPlayer docs...

2.1.1.8 NuppelVideo files
NuppelVideo is a TV grabber tool (AFAIK:). MPlayer can read its .NUV files (only NuppelVideo 5.0). Those files can contain uncompressed YV12, YV12+RTJpeg compressed, YV12 RTJpeg+lzo compressed, and YV12+lzo compressed frames. MPlayer decodes them all (and also encodes them with MEncoder to DivX/etc!). Seeking works.

...doesn't mention MPEG4 compressed NuppleVideo files. May work with the RTJpeg encoding option...will check when I get home, but maybe someone else can verify.

Here's my output from mencoder...

$ mencoder -ovc copy -oac copy 1036_20030217180000_20030217183000.nuv
