[mythtv] Myth .nuv MPEG4 format portability

Hrmm.. I thought that's what I did at home to make it work.  I'll take a look again and see if I did anything different.

This produced a file played the audio only in my windows media player &
divx player. I believe I have all the necessary codecs, any ideas?

Yes.  Use mencoder to do it.

mencoder -ovc copy -oac copy

That will essentially repackage the video into an AVI  which should be
playable on other machines.
