[mythtv] Myth .nuv MPEG4 format portability

That's strange... I do remember seeing the green screen occasionally too,
but that hasn't been a problem for a while now.  What ver of mplayer are you
running? This may be a version dependent problem.  Could be the version of
mplayer, of mythtv, of libavcodec etc.

MEncoder 0.90rc2-2.95.4
MythTV 0.7

not sure what ver libavcodec is...
