[mythtv] Anyone interested?

another couple of things in favor of knoppix in addition to the great 
hardware detection/compatibility:
1) a method is working (but still in development) to very simply 
transfer the cd based system to the HD. You end up with a working disk 
based debian system. That way if someone decided they liked the cd 
version they could just dump the whole thing system, mythtv and all to 
the HD.

2) once knoppix + mythv are dumped to the HD mythv upgrades are a 
matter of apt-get. Since mdz is making debian packaged of major myth 
releases someone could easily a)try out the cd based system+mythtv b) 
decide they like it and install to HD with one command and c) keep the 
system and mythtv all up to date with a simple apt-get.

Considering the rate at which zaptoit keeps changing around and the 
corresponding xmltv releases, a cd based distro + mythtv setup could go 
stale pretty fast. This gets around that by having the option of going 
to the HD.
