[mythtv] numeric keys for EPG navigation

Remotes for devices with EPGs seem to usually have page up / page down keys,
so that the arrow keys can (intuitively) move around by a single step.
My remote has no page up/down keys, though, but I'd like to preserve the
arrow key bindings.
