[mythtv] Photo Theme *UPDATED*

Now supports the new rankings module.

Also fix a minor bugs that I've found:
-Some Icons where not displayed correctly at certain resolutions
-The arrow keys now are being displayed in the right position to scroll the menu.

For those who are downloading it at the mythtv site, I have to do something to upload it or someone will take care of it?
