[mythtv] Filling DVB-s info w/mythchannels

well yes, it's on my working mythchannels and my current todo. I've already
it for DVB-s, one by one. I want to test it and after go for a bulk load
using either a channels.conf, satcodx sources or tuning using the card.
Maybe tuning using the card would be the best, easier for the users... just
like any other satellite receiver. I've seen a sample at dvb tools... I'll
see, it depends on how much time I'm going a have.
My feeling is that once I've it, T and C would be much easier, and will be
able to be developed using a working DVB-s as a template changing some
fields.

My problem should be something  on that, i'll investigate....

I've changed disecq to satid. Current channels.conf uses the satelite name,
not diseqc port, I'm also adding a table with the satelites and later on,
when developing the diseqc, we can link satelites to diseqc ports. We've
also to know the satellite if we want to tune from them.... etc etc.

ah ok, you are right, it's redundant, just joining with it we should be able
to findout the channeltype, thx.
