[mythtv] Mythweb can core backend

I just thought that I'd mention that this just happened to me with my
version of mythweb.  I wasn't deleting recordings or anything, just
wandering around in the various sections (all of which now require a
connection to the backend in order to get extended details about
programs).

Anyway, hopefully Isaac's cvs changes will fix this.  Otherwise, I'm
happy to add "disconnect" code to mythweb if it becomes needed.
