[mythtv] Problems with fast-forwarding

I just noticed that fast-forward rewind isn't working on many of my older
nuv files.  Not sure when this started, but it is pretty recent (likely
with my ff/rew patch).  I am pretty sure it is because the early
implementations of the transcoder didn't write out 100% valid nuvs, but
since i don't have any old nuvs that weren't transcoded, I can't check
it.  Could someone check if they can ff/rew old nuv files?  I'll probably
look into what is wrong with mine, but obviously the urgency is higher if
it is a general problem.
