[mythtv] Mythfrontend (0.10) not applying GUI offsets at startup

Running Myth from the 0.10 release under Mandrake 9.1/kde, latest nvidia video drivers, nvtv 0.4.3.
 
After adjusting GUI size and offset, quitting and restarting, the GUI size follows the settings but the offsets do not.  The offset values are retained, so setup - appearance - enter - enter - enter applies the correct settings.
