I'm working on a directshow filter for windows that can read mythtv .nuv
files.
Once I get it a bit more stable and fixed most of the bugs I'll release it.
Hopefully it shoudn't be to far away, a few weeks maybe.
I have it working so I can play .nuv files encoded with with mpeg4 and mp3
or uncompressed audio, I think hardware encoded mjpeg shoud work too without
any modifications, but I haven't tested that since I don't have any test
files.
Yesterday discovered a problem with files larger than 2Gb. Currently the
filter itself does all of the file reading, but I plan on changing that when
its working a bit better and replace the file reading part with windows own
file reader filter (actialy an inputpin that uses IAsyncReader).
I hope this also will enable streaming nuv files over the web, it shoud work
in theory atleast.
