[mythtv] [PATCH] New settings module to tune channel by hand

Last week I saw some discussion on a patch to tune channels by hand.
This patch I think would allow me to get started using Mythtv.  I have
been looking for it in the CVS, but have not found it.  Would someone
please tell me when this patch will be available in the CVS?  If it is
already there and my extreme lack of knowledge is preventing me from
finding it, would someone suggest what I could read to better help me
with the CVS.
