[mythtv] New test MythTV installer

I've updated the mythtv install script I've been working on. It seems
to do an initial install of the mythtv software for a combined
frontend/backend correctly in accordance with the documentation on
Redhat 9. It currently can install .8, .91 and current cvs with the
ability to enable and disable debug for the build.

It however does blow away any existing mythtv database during the
install. If anyone has a good suggestion on how to export the data from
the database and import it into a different version which will work for
both upgrading to a newer version as well of downgrading to an older one
I'm looking for ideas.

It also does not set up additional hardware such as lirc, ati remotes,
tuner cards, alsa, etc.

This is a work in progress and it certainly isn't in the kind of shape
that I would feel comfortable having a user unfamilar with mythtv
playing with it, since fairly simple problems with the script can be
difficult for a novice to recover from.

Finally, I haven't gotten any feedback on this so I will assume I'm the
only person to actually try it out so your results may vary.
