[mythtv] ClosedCaption.ttf

mythtv/programs/mythfrontend/globalsettings.cpp does a
addSelection("ClosedCaption.ttf"); when creating the 
combobox for the closed caption font.  However, this
font is not included with the other fonts (FreeMono.ttf and
FreeSans.ttf in themes/). 

Just thought I'd let you know so that the font could either
be added to the release or removed from the combobox (or
you could tell me why it should stay the way it is :-)
