[mythtv] Multiple Inputs

I was wondering if it would be possible to join two or more inputs into 
one coherant interface. For instance, I have broadcast tv on the tuner, 
and Satellite coming in on the Composite of the tuner card. It would 
make sense that if I am currently watching something on satellite, and 
use the epg to select a show that's on broadcast, that the input would 
automagically change to the tuner, and the channel would change. 
Currently it just exits the epg.

Also the channel browser and just changing channels in general would 
benefit from this option. I understand that it wouldn't work for 
entering the channel number because there could be two different ones. I 
don't really care if that remains the same. Channel changing with the 
arrow keys is too slow anyway.

This is just a suggestion. I don't have a clue on how the channel and 
input changing is handled, and probably couldn't figure it out.
