[mythtv] New test MythTV installer

I've uploaded a newer version of my installation script.  For Redhat 8.0/9

This version has the following changes:
    Untested Redhat 8.0 support

    Added configuration of xmltv

    Quite a few bug fixes and changes to allow future support for other
distributions.

The new version is available at:
    http://mythtv.dwightandamy.com/installer_20030623.py

It can be run directly by running:
     wget -q -O - http://mythtv.dwightandamy.com/go.sh|sh

There is now a screenshot animated gif on the webpage that has screenshots
of it running for the curious.  http://mythtv.dwightandamy.com
