[mythtv] cvs - ok, what changed with recorded stuff?

if you've just upgraded to cvs, then you probably need to apply the 
cvs.sql patch to your database, there's been some cool ranking based 
conflict resolution stuff (and some category info) added to the database 
also.  this should do it:

    $ mysql mythconverg < cvs.sql

you can find cvs.sql in the database subdir.
